Preparing for Your Visit
- Lab Results & Scans: The most recent blood work, ultrasounds, or imaging reports (hard copy or digital).
- Medical Records: Any previous surgical notes, discharge summaries, or relevant medical history.
- Current Medications: A list of all prescriptions and supplements you are currently taking.
- Identification: Your CNIC for hospital registration.
Arrival & Timing
- Online: Please log in to the provided link 5 minutes prior to your slot to test your audio and video connection.
- In-Clinic: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete registration formalities at Mid City Hospital.
Payment
- Consultation Fee: Please contact the clinic for the current fee structure.
- Payment Methods: Cash (In-clinic), Bank Transfer, and Credit Card (for Online Consults).
- Corporate Insurance: We accept select corporate insurance panels. Please verify with your provider or our front desk prior to your visit.
Q: How do I book an appointment with Dr. Noreen Zafar?

For In-Clinic Examinations please select Book In-Clinic.
For International/Out-of-City Patients, please select Book Online Consultation.

Q: What is the waiting time for an appointment?
A: Dr. Zafar is in high demand, and slots often fill up a week in advance. For urgent concerns or high-risk pregnancy complications, please mention “Urgent Priority” when calling, and our team will do their best to accommodate you.
Q: How do online consultations work?
A: We use a secure, high-quality video platform (WhatsApp Audio/Video or Zoom). Once you book an online slot:
You will receive payment details (Bank Transfer/Credit Card).
Upon payment confirmation, you will receive a secure link.
You can upload your lab reports beforehand via WhatsApp or Email so Dr. Zafar can review them prior to the call.
Q: Can I get a prescription after an online consultation?
A: Yes. Prescriptions on official letterhead will be WhatsApped or emailed to you immediately after the session.
Q: Does Dr. Zafar handle high-risk pregnancies?
A: Yes. High-risk obstetrics is Dr. Zafar’s primary area of expertise. She has over 30 years of experience managing complex cases, including pre-eclampsia, diabetes in pregnancy, and recurrent miscarriages.
Q: Do you offer delivery services at specific hospitals?
A: Dr. Zafar holds admitting and surgical privileges at Mid City Hospital. She will discuss the facility for your delivery based on your medical needs and preference.
Q: Do you share my private information with anyone like my relatives who also visit your clinic?
A: Absolutely not. Privacy and confidentiality are the hallmarks of Dr Zafar’s clinical
practice. There are never two patients together in her office. Your dignity, and right to privacy
is looked after to the highest degree. The clinic staff NEVER talks with relatives about any
patient. We adhere to strict medical confidentiality standards. Your records, discussion, and
test results are NEVER shared with ANYONE without your explicit consent.
